Oops!! My nail. This is very common injury of nail plate when you stand on the left side of motorcycle and draw back the motorcycle. Big toe was crushed by the kick stand and be injured like following picture.
Patient nail plate need to be removed under digital nerve anaesthesia. The wound will dry within 3-5 days.
หลังเกิดอุบัติเหตุเล็บเปิด ผู้ป่วยไปถอดเล็บออก โดยฉีดยาชาที่โคนนิ้ว แผลสามารถแห้งภายใน 3-5 วัน
