อุบัติเหตุรถมอเตอร์ไซค์ล้มเพราะแมววิ่งตัดหน้า ไม่ได้ใส่หมวกกันน็อค Motorcycle accident with head injury

ผู้หญิงกำลังขี่รถมอเตอร์ไซค์ แมวที่ยืนลังเลอยู่ข้างทางเกิดวิ่งตัดหน้าอย่างกระทันหัน จึงชนและรถล้ม หน้ากระแทก ไถลไปตามพื้น มีแผลฉีกขาดที่หน้าผาก ถลอกที่โหนกแก้มขวา ถ้าเธอใส่หมวกกันน็อค จะไม่บาดเจ็บมากขนาดนี้

Woman collided with crossing road cat when she rode on the motorcycle causing laceration on forehead and abrasion on right zygoma. Fortunately, she got only external wound. If she wear helmet, she may be not have any facial wounds. 

    

หลังจากล้างแผล เอาสิ่งสกปรกออก ตกแต่งแผล และเย็บด้วยไหมละลายชั้นใน ไหม nylon ที่ผิวหนัง ต้องล้างแผลทุกวัน ฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันบาดทะยัก กินยาฆ่าเชื้อ และตัดไหมในวันที่ 5 หลังเย็บแผล

After wound was irrigated, removed foreign bodies, debrided and sutured. She received one set of Tetanus toxoid, oral antibiotic.  Suture material will be removed at day 5th post suture. 

อุบัติเหตุมอเตอร์ไซค์ไม่น้อย เกิดจากชนสุนัขบนถนนแล้วล้ม สุนัขมักจะเดาใจมันไม่ได้ ชอบยึกยักและวิ่งเข้ามาใกล้ในระยะประชิดทำให้รถล้ม บางคนถลอก บางคนไหปลาร้า,ซี่โครงหัก บางคนเลือดคั่งในสมองต้องผ่าตัดเลยก็มี ที่สำคัญคือการป้องกันด้วยการขับอย่างปลอดภัยและใส่หมวกกันน็อคด้วยทุกครั้ง

Many cases of motorcycle accident caused from street dog or cat. Injuries range from abrasion, fracture e.g. Clavicle fracture, intracranial hemorrhage from head injury. Be aware when you see dog or cat on the road. They are unpredictable. All motorcyclists should not use high speed and must wear helmet.
