Fishbone stuck in the throat ก้างปลาติดคอ

A 50 year old female had fishbone stuck in the throat 3 days ago. She got pain everytime she swallowed. She had abscess at left tonsil but no visible fishbone. By using crocodile forceps, fishbone can be blind removed. She told that she had no pain anymore but need to treat abscess with antibiotic for 7 days. 

หญิงอายุ 50 ปี กินปลาสลิดทอดแล้วเจ็บคอด้านซ้าย 3 วันก่อนมาโรงพยาบาล กลืนแล้วเจ็บแปล๊บๆทุกครั้ง มาส่องคอพบทอนซิลด้านซ้ายมีจุดหนอง มองไม่เห็นก้างปลา ต้องใช้เครื่องมือขนาดเล็กหาก้างที่ฝังในทอนซิล แล้วคีบออกมา คนไข้หายเจ็บทันที แต่ต้องกินยาฆ่าเชื้อต่ออีก 7 วัน

ระวังก้างด้วยนะครับเวลาทานปลา ทานให้ช้าลง ค่อยๆเคี้ยว และหาก้างให้ดีก่อนกิน จะช่วยให้กินปลาได้อร่อย ก้างไม่ติดคอ

Be careful of fishbone everytime. Eat slower and sort out the fish bone thoroughly help you happy with your fish meal. 

Bare foot running get cut by piece of glass เด็กสองขวบวิ่งเล่นเท้าเปล่า โดนกระจกบาด

A 2-year old girl was running bare foot, her right foot was cut by a piece of broken glass on the floor. 

เด็กหญิงอายุ 2 ขวบวิ่งเล่นเท้าเปล่า โดนเศษแก้วแตกบาดฝ่าเท้า

Wound was irrigated and sutured. ล้างและเย็บแผล

ผ่าซีสที่หลังออกก่อนที่จะอักเสบเป็นหนอง Cyst at back was removed to prevent infection or abscess formation

ผู้ชายคนหนึ่ง มีก้อนซีสที่หลังมาหลายปี ต้องการให้แพทย์ผ่าเอาซีสออกเพราะกลัวจะอักเสบและเป็นหนอง Adult male has mass on his back for several years. He want his cyst be removed to prevent infection or abscess formation. 

ผนังซีสต้องเอาออกให้หมดเพื่อป้องกันการกลับเป็นซ้ำ The cyst wall must be removed completely to prevent recurrent of the cyst. 

ล้างแผลด้วยน้ำเกลือและเย็บแผลเป็นอันเสร็จเรียบน้อย Wound was irrigated with saline and then sutured.

เหตุการณ์ในครั้งนี้เกิดขึ้นระหว่าง ส่งคนไข้ ไปรักษาต่อเกี่ยวกับโรคหัวใจ รายละเอียดคือขณะรถพยาบาลข้ามแยกผ่าไฟแดง เพราะในรถมีคนไข้อาการหนักได้มีรถมาอีกด้านชนเข้าอย่างจัง ทำให้พยาบาล และคนไข้เสียชีวิตทันที อยากฝากเตือน ผู้ใช้รถ ใช้ถนน เห็นรถพยาบาล หรือ รถกู้ภัย หลบให้เค้าหน่อยเถอะคับ เพราะคนในรถ อาจเป็นญาติคุณก็ได้

       This tragedy occured on Feb 12, 2014 while ambulance transferred heart disease patient run through traffic light at the crossroads at night. The ambulance was collided on the side and rolled down the road side caused sudden death of nurse and patient, 2 got severe injury and 2 got minor injury. 

       Please have mercy and give your way to Ambulance on duty. Be aware and slow your car when passing the crossroad. 

อุบัติเหตุรถมอเตอร์ไซค์ล้มเพราะแมววิ่งตัดหน้า ไม่ได้ใส่หมวกกันน็อค Motorcycle accident with head injury

ผู้หญิงกำลังขี่รถมอเตอร์ไซค์ แมวที่ยืนลังเลอยู่ข้างทางเกิดวิ่งตัดหน้าอย่างกระทันหัน จึงชนและรถล้ม หน้ากระแทก ไถลไปตามพื้น มีแผลฉีกขาดที่หน้าผาก ถลอกที่โหนกแก้มขวา ถ้าเธอใส่หมวกกันน็อค จะไม่บาดเจ็บมากขนาดนี้

Woman collided with crossing road cat when she rode on the motorcycle causing laceration on forehead and abrasion on right zygoma. Fortunately, she got only external wound. If she wear helmet, she may be not have any facial wounds. 

    

หลังจากล้างแผล เอาสิ่งสกปรกออก ตกแต่งแผล และเย็บด้วยไหมละลายชั้นใน ไหม nylon ที่ผิวหนัง ต้องล้างแผลทุกวัน ฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันบาดทะยัก กินยาฆ่าเชื้อ และตัดไหมในวันที่ 5 หลังเย็บแผล

After wound was irrigated, removed foreign bodies, debrided and sutured. She received one set of Tetanus toxoid, oral antibiotic.  Suture material will be removed at day 5th post suture. 

อุบัติเหตุมอเตอร์ไซค์ไม่น้อย เกิดจากชนสุนัขบนถนนแล้วล้ม สุนัขมักจะเดาใจมันไม่ได้ ชอบยึกยักและวิ่งเข้ามาใกล้ในระยะประชิดทำให้รถล้ม บางคนถลอก บางคนไหปลาร้า,ซี่โครงหัก บางคนเลือดคั่งในสมองต้องผ่าตัดเลยก็มี ที่สำคัญคือการป้องกันด้วยการขับอย่างปลอดภัยและใส่หมวกกันน็อคด้วยทุกครั้ง

Many cases of motorcycle accident caused from street dog or cat. Injuries range from abrasion, fracture e.g. Clavicle fracture, intracranial hemorrhage from head injury. Be aware when you see dog or cat on the road. They are unpredictable. All motorcyclists should not use high speed and must wear helmet. 

เตือนสติเวลาขับรถ Be careful when using the car

อุทาหรณ์ครั้งนี้เกิดขึ้นวันที่ 5 กุมภาพันธ์ 2557  เวลาประมาน 16:00 น. รับแจ้งรถพลิกคว่ำ มีคนเจ็บติดในรถ

       February 5, 2014 16.00 GMT+7 Rescuers have been informed about the car accident. At the scene, an old woman was stucked in the car which turned upside-down in the roll house. 

ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่สอบสวนเจ้าของรถ ได้ความว่า ขณะขับรถมาเส้นทางเพชรเกษม ขาเข้า นครปฐม หน้าปากทางวัดบ่อตะกั่ว รถยางซ้ายด้านหลังแตก จึงทำให้ตกใจเหยียบเบรค ทำให้รถพลิกคว่ำดังกล่าว 

The old lady said about the accident. Her left rear tire blew out and she was frightened so she stompt her foot on the brake paddle. The car losed balance then crashed into rollhouse and stop in turn upside-down manner

จึงเตือนสติผมใช้รถ อย่าตกใจ ให้ตั้งสติเวลารถยางแตก อย่าเหยียบเบรค ให้ประคองพวงมาลัย ให้รถหยุดเอง

This accident gave me a warning that do not stompt on brake the tire blow out. Just keep the wheel balancing. 

ช่วยสุนัขไม่ให้โดนกัด กลับโดนสุนัขกัดเสียเอง Dog owner was bit by his dog

สุนัขอายุ 2 ปีกำลังกัดกับสุนัขโต เจ้าของจับแยก โดนสุนัขตัวเองกัดเข้าที่ข้อมือ มีแผล 3 รู

Owner of 2 years dog was bit from his dog when he help it from being bit from other dog resulting in 3 punctured wounds at his right wrist.

ระวัง เวลาสุนัขกัดกัน เมื่อเราไปจับตัวสุนัขโดยตรงเพื่อแยกออกจากกัน เราจะโดนลูกหลง มันกัดเราเพราะมันตกใจกลัว ทั้งที่ก่อนหน้านี้มันเชื่องและไม่มีท่าทีก้าวร้าวเราแต่อย่างใด

Be aware of being bit when you seperate fighting dog. Dog may bite you even it familiar with you because it is still horrified by fighting with other dogs
